Case Data: Client information, case details, medical records, legal documents, communications, and other data you upload or generate within the Service.

Usage Data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns collected automatically.

Communication Data: Emails, SMS messages, and call records processed through the Service's integrated communication tools.

Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process AI-assisted case analysis and workflow automation
  • Send service-related communications and notifications
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

When we process PHI on behalf of a Covered Entity under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), our use and disclosure of PHI is governed by HIPAA regulations and the terms of the BAA. We will not use or disclose PHI except as permitted or required by the BAA, as required by law, or as otherwise authorized by the individual. PHI is never used for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your information, including:

Any model improvements use only anonymized, de-identified, and aggregated data patterns.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days following termination to allow data export. Case data is retained according to your firm's configured retention policies. Upon request or account termination (after the export period), we will securely delete your data, except where retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill BAA obligations. Backup copies are purged within 90 days of deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and provide core functionality. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and to improve performance. 11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
